Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between XEA Corp. (hereinafter "the Company") and users of the services provided by the Company.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in connection with the use of XEA and Kiply Wallet related services.

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Service" refers to the XEA platform and Kiply Wallet application provided by the Company. "User" refers to any person who uses the services provided by the Company under these Terms.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service. The Company may modify the Terms as necessary, and changes will be announced through in-service notices.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)

The Company strives to provide stable services. However, services may be temporarily suspended due to regular maintenance, system failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for inability to provide services due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.
