Kiply Wallet Technical Support

Technical issues are categorized as follows:

Account: login failure, social login linking, identity verification errors
Wallet: address creation, external wallet linking, withdrawal request status
Rewards: payout history, missing rewards, settlement schedule
App errors: crashes, missing push notifications, display issues

Frequently Asked Questions

1.How do I delete my Kiply Wallet account?
Use the in-app menu (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or refer to our dedicated Account Deletion page.
2.My rewards were not paid out.
Payment confirmation from partner merchants can take up to 72 hours to reach our servers. If the reward is still missing after that, please contact us by email.
3.I lost my recovery phrase (mnemonic).
As a non-custodial wallet, we do not store recovery phrases. If lost, the wallet cannot be recovered.
4.My withdrawal to an external wallet is on hold.
Withdrawals may be held due to fraud detection or re-verification requests. Please check in-app notifications or your email for details.
