Account Deletion

This page describes how to delete your Kiply Wallet account and what data is processed as part of deletion. It is provided in compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store account deletion policies.

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

You can delete your account directly inside the Kiply Wallet app.

1.Open the Kiply Wallet app
2.Tap [Settings] in the bottom menu
3.Go to [Account] → [Delete Account]
4.Review the notice and agree
5.Complete identity verification (social login re-authentication or phone verification)
6.Tap [Delete] to confirm

※ In-app deletion is processed immediately.

2. Request Deletion via the Web

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by email.

Recipient: admin@xealabs.com
Subject: [Account Deletion Request] Kiply Wallet
Include: email or phone number used at signup, information that allows us to verify your identity (e.g., signup date), and the reason for deletion (optional)

※ After identity verification, requests are processed within 7 business days.

※ Never include private credentials (password, recovery phrase, private key) in your email.

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

The following information is destroyed upon account deletion:

Member identifier and account information
Wallet address and linked reward/point balances
External wallet address records
Service usage logs and access history (excluding data retained by law)
App push token and marketing consent
Customer support history not subject to mandatory retention

※ Method: digital files are deleted irrecoverably; paper records are shredded or incinerated.

4. Data Retained by Law

In accordance with Article 4 of our Privacy Policy, the following items are retained for the period required by applicable law, even after account deletion:

Identity verification results and fraud-prevention data: 30 days after account deletion
Reward payout/reclaim/withdrawal-limit and dispute resolution records: until the processing purpose is fulfilled
Customer support and complaint records: 3 years after the inquiry is closed
Mobile gift certificate/order/cancellation/refund records: up to 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
Other records required by applicable law: for the period required by such law

※ Retained data is used only for identification purposes and not reused for service provision.

5. Processing Time

In-app deletion: immediate upon identity verification
Email request: within 7 business days
Upon completion, a confirmation email is sent to the email address registered at signup.

6. Before You Delete

Account deletion cannot be undone.
Unpaid rewards and unwithdrawn points are forfeited upon deletion and cannot be restored afterwards.
Re-signup with the same email or social login is possible, but the previous account's history will not be restored.
Assets already withdrawn to an external (non-custodial) wallet are not managed by the Company and remain the user's responsibility.
